2025 Gewürztraminer

Hand harvested September 19th from the estate in Summerland, overlooking Okanagan Lake. The grapes were destemmed to help extract aromatics and flavours. 50% neutral barrel ferment and 50% stainless steel tank. The barrels under went partial malolactic conversion to increase the layers of texture to the wine.
