2025 Gewürztraminer

Hand harvested September 19th from the estate in Summerland, overlooking Okanagan Lake. The grape clusters were pressed whole cluster and some destemmed to help extract aromatics and flavours, while retaining its pure vibrancy. 50% neutral barrel ferment and 50% stainless steel tank. The barrels under went partial malolactic conversion to increase the layers of texture to the wine.

$1 from each bottle sold will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
