As of May 1st Summerland Estate Winery has transformed into the new home of Observatory Wines, a creation from Blair Gillingham. There are stories to be told, and more to be made.

These grapes were specifically produced to make this sparkling wine in collaboration with Alderlea Vineyards. The blend consists of 60% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris and 20% Pinot Noir.
