2025 Pinot Blanc

The grapes were hand harvested from the estate in Summerland on September 19th and were destemmed to increase flavour and aromatic extraction. 45% fermented in neutral barrel and 55% in stainless steel tank, and partial malolactic conversion to help soften the bright acidic characteristics of this grape.
