2025 Pinot Blanc

The grapes were hand harvested from the estate in Summerland on September 19th and were destemmed and pressed to increase flavour and aromatic extraction. 45% fermented in neutral barrel and 55% in stainless steel tank. Partial malolactic conversion helped to soften the bright acidic characteristics of this grape. Perfect for the lunch table.
