2025 Grüner Veltliner

The grapes were hand harvested September 28th from vineyards in Coldstream and Peachland and whole cluster pressed to retain acidic tension and clarity. 60% fermented and aged in 228 litre French oak barrels (15% new), and 40% stainless steal tank. The wine went through partial malolactic conversion and by incorporating these techniques it evolves to have more layers of flavour and sensation on the palate.

$1 from each bottle sold will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
