2025 Pinot Noir Chill

This year provided perfect growing conditions to harvest and produce this chillable Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested in September, destemmed and only fermented on skins for several days before being pressed off. It shines bright in the glass with sweet berry flavours and aromas, perfect for a chill on an Okanagan summer day.
